The Perch Palace - bed and breakfast for fishermen on the shores of Lake Simcoe

The Perch Palace is a year round lakefront bed and breakfast specializing in accommodations for Lake Simcoe anglers. Bring your sleeping bag and all other bedding and linens are supplied.

With 100 feet lake frontage, there is ample parking for even the largest of trailers. Lake access and boat launch facilities are only 75 yards from our front door and we have 6 slips for keeping your boat in the water.

Ideally located for catching those big jumbo perch that Simcoe is famous for, The Perch Palace is midway between Keswick and Jackson's Point directly across from Snake Island.

Along with hot perch action at both the north and south ends of Snake Island, other nearby perch hotspots include North Gwillumbury Park (formerly Maple Leaf Park), Roches Point, and Cooks Bay. We are also 20 minutes away by road from the Sibbald Point/Virginia Beach area.

Perch is also not the only "Catch of the Day" in the Snake Island area. Whitefish and lake trout (off the west side of Snake Island in water up to 100 feet deep - stock up on # 3 and # 5 Williams Ice Jigs in hammered silver/gold nuwrinkle) and northern pike (anywhere the perch are) are common catches in the area.

In the mood for a night on the town? We are 15 minutes away from Keswick or Jackson's Point. Both towns have numerous bars and restaurants offering everthing from basic meals to fine dining.
